Welcome to Pixbeat ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Refund & Replacement Policy explains the conditions under which replacements, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for purchases made through https://www.pixbeat.in.
By placing an order with Pixbeat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Please note: Pixbeat does not offer product returns. Eligible concerns are addressed through our Replacement and Refund provisions set out below.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery if the product:
- Arrives damaged during transit.
- Is defective or non-functional upon delivery.
- Is materially different from what was ordered.
- Is delivered with missing essential components or accessories.
Customers should notify Pixbeat within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@pixbeat.in with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs/videos of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package (where applicable)
Pixbeat reserves the right to verify all replacement requests before approval.
2. Refund Policy
Pixbeat generally does not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance due to screen settings.
Refunds will be processed only if:
- A replacement cannot be arranged.
- The product is permanently out of stock.
- Pixbeat determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
3. Products Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests may be rejected if:
- The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or negligence.
- The product has been altered, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized person.
- Original accessories, packaging, manuals, or labels are missing.
- The request is made outside the applicable replacement period.
- The product is returned for inspection in an unsellable condition.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, Pixbeat will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with this Policy.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may instead request a replacement if eligible under this Policy.
Pixbeat reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Pricing or technical errors.
- Product unavailability.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Verification issues.
- Regulatory or legal requirements.
If Pixbeat cancels a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded. Pixbeat does not levy cancellation charges on customers, except where a similar charge would also be borne by Pixbeat in the event Pixbeat cancels the order.
6. Inspection of Products
All products sent back for replacement are inspected before approval of a replacement or refund. Pixbeat reserves the right to reject claims that do not satisfy the conditions stated in this Policy.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in this Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Pixbeat reserves the right to modify this Refund & Replacement Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on https://www.pixbeat.in. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically before placing an order.
