Welcome to Pixbeat ("we", "our", "us"). This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through https://www.pixbeat.in are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with Pixbeat, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
Pixbeat currently ships to most serviceable locations across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping. If your delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹29 will be charged on orders below ₹499.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed, as part of the total order price breakup.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working business day. During festive seasons, promotional sales, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels. Customers are encouraged to track their shipment using the tracking information provided.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Incorrect contact number,
- Customer unavailable,
- Customer refuses delivery,
the shipment may be returned to Pixbeat. If the customer requests re-dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply. Any such re-dispatch charge will be communicated to the customer before the re-shipment is arranged.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pixbeat shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier service delays
- Technical issues
- Force majeure events
Pixbeat shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened during transit, we recommend that you:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
- Record an unboxing video, where possible.
- Contact us immediately after delivery.
This helps us investigate the issue with our courier partner and process your request efficiently. For resolution of damaged, defective, or tampered deliveries, please also refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
10. Lost Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us. Pixbeat will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
11. Partial Shipments
In certain circumstances, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or logistics requirements. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for approved split shipments initiated by Pixbeat.
12. Failed Delivery & Returned Orders
Orders returned to Pixbeat due to repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details may be cancelled. Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping or handling charges actually incurred by Pixbeat, where permitted by law. These deductions, if any, will be clearly itemised and communicated to the customer.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days (1 month) of receipt.

Pixbeat reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on https://www.pixbeat.in. Customers are encouraged to review this Shipping Policy periodically before placing an order.
